- Fiddley Interfaces – Some features may seem quite fiddly, such as the drag and drop for landing pages. However, this minor issue contributes to a less refined and laggy experience. However, this is certainly something that could be redesigned, recoded, and improved in the future
- Third-party integrations – Quite a lot of integrations in GetResponse involve third party syncing tools
If GetResponse could greatly benefit your business, here are some things that may apply to you:
- You are just starting – GetResponse has great introductory offers and simple but all-encompassing features to suid beginners who are just getting to grips with this software and still aren’t sure what they need

- Have multiple people or teams working with you – There are plenty of integrations here that work perfectly.

The site has an easily navigated and simple design. However, there’s plenty of work that could be done to improve it. To some, it might seem like it takes away from their experience as well as limits functionality

- You will have to pay for any plan once your trial period has ended. There is no free option available. Some marketing software includes that; however, they are going to be quite limited in terms of flexibility and customization
If this is right for you, here are some points that may apply to your business:
- You’re pushing automated marketing – If you are serious about this feature, ActiveCampaign is perfect for this. It provides a reliable and high-quality service for your business advertising plan.
- You are interested in multi-channel marketing – ActiveCampaign allows you to set up SMS Marketing, landing pages, and chatbots if you would like to add to the more extensive customer experience
- You need unified and collected sets of data. This allows you to have systematic, logical representations of your situation, allowing any teams or advisors to see precisely what is going on and when to step in.
However, I would not recommend this application if you and your business:
- Prefer a more straightforward navigated tool. This may be too much or even too optimized for some new to Email Marketing. Don’t be afraid to revisit ActiveCampaign while you grow your skills. This site also needs regular maintenance of customized campaigns.
- You are new to the idea – This may take a while to get the hang of, and since there’s no free plan to get to grips with, it may not be worth the money. Whereas more experienced entrepreneurs will have little difficulty seeing if this will bring in a significant profit.
Ease of use
ActiveCampaign has easy navigation, including a tremendous all-encompassing dashboard. It also has a few tips to help new users start and is brilliant at functionality.
The editor is quick and has plenty of valuable features. It allows your team to see the history and changes that have been made.
ActiveCampaign has plenty of responsive and customizable templates (around 100) with practical previews.
You get the idea that ActiveCampaign put a lot into this area. It tops most other sights with its sheer functionality and efficiency. They certainly know how to get this right and boost profits for your business.
Their reports cover everything, from open rates, geo-tracking, and follow-through statistics. They provide helpful suggestions personalized for you, although these are only available in the enterprise plan. ($279 a month).
